Check out the 31State Smooth Cover block-off plates for your Low Rider.  When you want clean lines on your dash, the smooth covers fill the void left by moving your gauges up top.

These block-off plates were polished and a clear anodize was used to finish each plate.  This process produces a fine satin finish on the part with the added protection of anodize to protect the finish.
